Sadma Group

Sadma Group and ERESI Solar have joined hands in the green movement of sustainable solar energy. Sadma Group is owned by Vice President of BGMEA, Mr. Nasir Uddin. The factories “Lavender Garments” and “NK Sweaters” will be the first two factories within Sadma Group to get solar energy. The two factories will be getting a total of 970KW. In the future there’s a potential for up to 5MW with Sadma Fashion Wear Ltd., which is one of the main manufacturers and exporters of premier clothing items in Bangladesh.

The first part out of a 1 MW project has finalized construction and is airborne since June 2022. In the first month of the utilization of the Solar Power, MK Footware has experienced an immediate positive impact on electricity costs and an increase on their production process due to the swift anticipation to the daily load sheds.
